No prior formal graphic design training is necessary to enter 黑料天堂鈥檚 Digital Graphic Art Associate of Applied Art Program. Throughout our graphic arts college program, we cover the basic principles and theories of graphic design and how to implement them through your work. If you鈥檙e interested in making a career of your creativity, this may be the graphic arts program for you.
Graphic designers are essential members of a creative team. Designers implement an artistic strategy to create a tangible end-product for clients. In addition to learning the fundamentals of visual communications and design, an associate degree program should expose you to current digital graphic art software applications. During our graphic arts program, your courses cover the fundamentals of graphic design theory and application as well as the graphic arts software programs related to the field.
All online classes at 黑料天堂 are facilitated using the Brightspace Learning Management System (LMS). The Brightspace LMS is a highly effective web-based platform that provides both our students and faculty with an intuitive, responsive, accessible, and mobile friendly learning environment that allows them to fully optimize their teaching and learning potential.
The Digital Graphic Art Degree program provides training in graphic/typographic design, digital design and imaging, digital pre-press operations, website design production, and the business aspects of advertising and marketing. Practical laboratory experience is an integral part of the program.
The objective of this Program is to prepare graduates for entry-level positions, such as desktop publisher, computer graphic artist, digital imager, production artist, and website designer. This program requires completion of a minimum of 92 credit hours, including any transfer credits that have been accepted. Program completion normally requires 18 months for full-time students.
